◆ High Strength
The flexural strength of the steel Panel is 1.5 to 2 times that of the fiber cement decorative plate, up to 28 Mpa. The 9mm thick ‘Steel Laminate Panel’ can replace 15-20mm thick fiber cement board. Double-sided reinforced fiber cement steel Panel can reach the strength level of anti-explosion board, and its bending strength is more than 50Mpa. It is the core decorative material of lightweight anti-explosion wall cladding.

Also, its ultra-low water absorption and swell rate makes the broad fully adapt to moist environment, ensuring its dimension stability.
◆ Fire Resistance
The substrate and finishes are of Class A1 non-combustible materials. They are are smoke-free, non-toxic, and non-hazardous during combustion. In high temperature environments, the strength of the substrate is increased, and the brittleness is increased. The strength of the facing is reduced, and the toughness is improved. The rigid-flexible structural combination of fiber-concrete-’Steel Laminate Panel’ can solve the problems of insufficient fiber cement board flexibility, brittle cracking; and achieve higher fire-proof requirements.
The Substrate is made of Tobermorite, with good chemical stability and unaffected by acid and alkali. The surface with glazed steel layer has better corrosion resistance than traditional coatings.
The steel Panel is composed of low-alkali cement, high-purity quartz sand, wood pulp fiber and other inorganic minerals. It is made by compounding light-pressure normal temperature curing technology. It is 100% asbestos-free, radioactivity-free, and no harmful gases such as formaldehyde emit.
